Hi , I can't offer advice on your tent but have you had a read through these threads, maybe something useful here. Only thing i can suggest is, do you have tension straps on the floor of the tent? Are they laying flat to the ground and parallel and straight? They will give the correct shape to the tent if they are lying right.Check , inside the tent with doors closed that they are right before pegging the tent down.
