Hi lat we went to c&cc site at mablethorpe first week of august ( the week the weather changed ) it was raining like stair rods and blowing like billyo non stop from sunday evening to wednesday , by which time i'd had enough and decided to call it a day and head for home , Grandkids were really disappointed but theres only so much you can do to entertain them . The tent stood up brilliantly though through all the torrential rain and wind , never moved an inch and was bone dry inside , the site were good enough to hold the money for the rest of the week in a 'holding account ' which was a nice surprise so the next trip is almost paid for , i'm hoping we have better weather next time
hi angeee, well firstly im sorry to hear that you had to come home, hope you have better luck next time.secondly thanks for telling me good news,im so glad the tent stood up to the weather ok.did you use delta pegs ?.its really good to have some feedback from others with the same tent as i wont be able to get away this year and ill know what to expect when i do finally go.
Hi lesley, my nevada died in bad weather! The vents close down with velco and they kept blowing up and rain was getting in there, rain poured in under it, I could see daylight through the teeth of the zip and rain was coming in there, the zip where you can unzip the front and move it back to make a pourch kept opening up itself! ( spooky!) The delta pegs worked tho!

Hi lesley, maybe we just hit extreme weather that day, some of the well known makes have problems and some don't, suppose it's just luck of the draw. the delta pegs have never let me down with either tent in the wind.
