Come on all you experts!!!  I am looking for a four man tent, big enough to stand up in and preferably with a porch. Oh, and easy and quick to erect.  We've got the Vango Diablo 900 for our longer spells camping but it's a bit too big to just get up and go for a weekend.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

We have just bought an Outwell Montana 4 and the Canopy that goes with it.

We had a larger tent previously and I was worried the Monana would not feel spacious enough but it was more than adequate.

The Canopy is very handy as you can use it if it is raining, but you can fit a table and 2 chairs inside the living space if you do not have the Canopy.

Plenty of head hieght and generally a very nice tent!

We only use it for 2 people and it is great, highly recommended.

We bought this tent for weekend use and it goes up very easily (honest!)

Hope this helps.

I also have a monty 4 its great I have the canopy too. Love my tent. want to use every weekend but cant. you can sit 4 comfortably in the living space. the cannopy is great in the rain and you can cook under it too.  There is only my daughter and I and it goes up easily. I usually camp with friends and we use ours as the adult sitting area in the evening. Plenty of space

If you want a tent that can sleep 4 PLUS have plenty of space left over for ALL your bits n bobs....then have a look at an Outwell Bear Lake....they are brilliant! Got a canopy included as well!

Sleeping all 4 together or in seporated pods?

If all together, then the ever popular Vango venture 500/600 would be worth a look.

Four man... High enough for good headroom... A good porch... And easy to pitch... Sounds just like the 'Khyam Ridgidome XXL Classic' to me...

I've got an Alaska 4, but it is not particularIy quick to put up.  I saw an Outwell Oregon 5 this week which you could stand up in and it looked easy and quick to erect.
