We have had the Yale since Easter and its been out on 3 trips with no problems. Poles bend back into shape and the inner is fine although we have never used the bedroom curtains so the seams have never been under any strain in ours. Sorry I cant help but I hope you get some joy from your supplier.

I have noticed this happens with the poles when I take the tent down, but they always seem to have straightened up the next time we go camping.  There are also a couple of seams coming away on the inner (top of bedroom near pole and towards the bottom of one of the middle poles but they don't seem to be getting any worse after three trips out so not overly worried.  Also have never yet managed to do up the bedroom curtains, but as I don't really use them haven't worried too much about that either!

I have had 2 tents that go up inner first. The Yale and a Diablo 400. The inners on both these tents, and others that go up inner first, have to take the strain of the poles, unlike fly first tents which have the inners hanging inside with the only stress points being the hanging points.

I found with both my tents that the seams look to be very stretched and that the stitching is clearly visible because the poles keep the inner very taut. This may give the impression that the seams are about to burst but I had 9 trips in the Diablo and 3 in the Yale without any seams coming apart so hopefully they will stay that way.
