Is it me, or would this annoy you?
I recently brought a sleeping bag and 20 rock pegs (not all for me!) on line from outdoorshop.com. Got the order acknowledgement confirming everything, and when the order arrived there were only 11 pegs, with a note saying they were out of stock and they'd only charge me for 11. Fair enough they didn't charge me, however if I'd known at the time that they couldn't complete the order I'd have postponed it until they could dispatch the full amount (Amazon asks you these questions!). So now I've got to find the other 9 pegs and pay another delivery charge.
I emailed them and within five minutes I got a reply with an updated order acknowledgement and no answer to my disappointment with their service.
okay, rant over. Anybody else had this problem with them?
