I've been looking at this tent today.  If anybody owns one could you say if it could be put up by one person or is it really necessary to have 2 as it says in the instruction?

Thanks

Hi, I have been thinking about one of these tents for a while. I have heard lots of good reports about them, I too am looking for a tent to up single handed and have been reasured by various posts that its not a problem.

My problem is that I can't decide whether to try and find a good deal an buy one now, or wait until next year before buying.

The cheapest I have seen these is from outdoormegastore.co.uk, £99.99 for the 4 man or £129.99 for the 5 man. Has anyone seen a better price?

Hi cccc

PJ camping are slightly cheaper - £79 and £119 respectively with free delivery on the 5 man and £9 delivery on the 4 man.  We've bought from them many times (in person) and they seem to have good customer service.

£119 looks to be an excellent price for that tent - and having seen one in the flesh, I like the look and feel of it a lot.

Be aware that the 5 is better for headroom - the 4 is not stand-upable in.

Hi we have also looked at this tent for using at weekends. Think we'll wait to see if there are any alterations to it for next year, as it is new this year. Also like the Nebraska XL but again as its a new tent for this year will wait to see if any amendments are made for next year's model.
