Was just wondering, before i get a groundsheet for the Pyramide, anyone come across some luxury groundhsheets - slightly thicker or more natural feel?

Not that I am a tarp snob! ... just wondered...

So i fancy making my own 4m x 4m bathtub groundsheet, to fit all the inside of the Pyramide. Easy, just get someing larger than 4x4m and square off the corners with glue. Hey presto.

However, all the groundsheets I seem to be finding are sold off 2-3m rolls. Anyone know of cutom cut groundhseets, over 4m wide?

You could make a full footprint bathtub from a good quality tarp http://www.tarpaulinsdirect.co.uk/TarpaulinsSite/product/TG.htm and then drop a bit of nicer feeling stuff on top just in the living area? MT

44 Hi there Big Bunny I have research a bit on tarps and the like to put under a sewn in groundsheet to protect it.

Builders merchants like Wickes have a builders membrane which is really thick 250 microns (100 guage) in aqua blue size 4m x 3m for £12.29

But the one I am going for is B&Q's membrane same thickness as above and comes on a roll, size 4m x 15m length at a bargain £23.98.

Thats enough for two tents so I can have a spare.

Also do a search on ebay for Tarp "holdon" as they are a very good gadget

Here's an example

Heres another from Tarpaulins Direct

hope this helps and good luck with your project

Regards
