It would maybe be more helpful if the happycampers would be a bit more forthcoming about which Outwell tent they own, what problems they encountered and how Outwell responded?

Shared experiences are invaluable as they allow the reader first-hand insight, but detail surely is needed to support opinion?

This is nothing personal, just a genuine interest in why thehappycampers hold the views they have posted on this thread. I rather like the look (and present sale price!) of the Sun Valley 8, but don't want to buy yet another problem (we've had enough of those, this year, thanks!). 

They have the nebraska and also have no problems with it...in fact they made a point to sign up to this forum and blame the campers here for the faults with our Nebraska's and that somehow they now leak and have stitching problems because of the way we erected our tents...

Even his current signature reflects that attitude which is why I find I have difficulty believing he is for real....maybe he could post some pictures of his perfect nebraska the one that was erected by a fully trained and qualified camping professional.... that reminds me I must take the latest tent erection course

I can't help feeling you're being wound up folks...either that or the happycampers will stop posting when their parents find out they're playing on their computer, on a school night too!!

they remind me of a certain salesman at a camping shop down south, i won't mention where as that would be slanderous and it might not actually be them. heh heh.
