hi thinking of getting the montana 6 we have a wynnster satallite 6, there are only 3 of us and the spare pod i use as storage. on the montana 6 on the pictures it shows that there are only two pods , what do any of you do to store yuo bags and kitchen things and food etc if these are both used to sleep in? any info would be great
Oh thats the fun bit about a monty - you can set your living space up like a living room with chairs, table, kitchen stand, folding cupboards, storage drawers on wheels - the list is endless
The Monty 6 has a big living area, so storage with us has never been a problem.
The bedroom pods are zipped together, so you can either have just the three man up, both as a single 6 berth, 2x 3 berths seporated by the zipped divider.
With three of you, I suspect you would still have both pods up and jsut use the vast space for storage.

As there is a porch on the Montana 6 we use this store the food bags and kitchen stuff if necessary.
We don't bother using this door as we have another side door and of course the front door.
As has already been mentioned the living area is huge and you do set it up like a living room with your table and chairs with plenty of room to move around.
We have 3 children so we have to use both pods as bedrooms.
Strongly considering the Monty 6, but have two kids, boy of 12 and annoying kid sister of 7!!! Is it poss to create 3 separate compartments, or are there additional inner pods that can be bought pl?
I would say it is not possible to create 3 separate compatments. If you look at a Montana 6 you will see the 2 bedroom pods and if you tried to divide one up again there wouldn't be much room left.
We have 3 boys so they are all right sleeping in one pod by themselves.
Go to Yeomansoutdoors.co.uk. There you will see good pictures as well as a video showing how it is erected. It has sold me on the Montana 6. I had been thinking of the Hartford XL but am put off by the fact that you have to erect the inner first which I think is a disadvantage if you are pitching in the rain.
Now all I have to do is convice my husband, who isn't keen to spend that much money.
