I'm thinking of buying a new ridgi-pod from aspinsalls as they seem very cheap. having read the posts on this site i'm a bit nervous about dealing with them. Also the factory seconds......what are the faults with these tents. If anyone has some experience of this, I would love to here it. Good or bad.

I have read the previous threads so no point in telling me to do that. Somebody must be buying these tents and not having aany problems. Do they still come with the video ?

We got both our Khyams from Aspinalls, both were 2nds, and both were excellent bargains, they both came with the DVD and spare joints etc, and the service we received was excellent, next day delivery.  The Ridgi-pod is an excellent tent, but does take a long time to peg out correctly.

I got one of the Exelsior 2nds just a couple of weeks ago, have had it up and checked it (it even rained to help) and I can't find a fault at all, It does indeed seem like a bit of a bargain, tent 3 pods & all ground sheets for £480.
