Hi - was wondering if anyone has any experience of using either of these internet companies to buy a tent? What sort of customer service do they provide if there are any problems - ie if you have to return anything? Have previously only bought from local retailers in case of problems but obviously it's sometimes quite a bit cheaper on the internet.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Bought a Windbreak from Allweathers and was very happy with fast friendly service!

I've dealt with Wporld of Camping and they were very helpful and the delivery was pretty quick

World of camping is not far from us so we always buy from the shop, excellent service, very helpful. They have a very good reputation on ukcampsite.

Have spoken to both companies and found both to be very helpful. Ended up buying my tent from Allweathers as they were able to beat WoC on price inc delivery.

Both provided excellent service.
Wildday will just remove items if they dont have them when they process your order and charge your card accordingly

Haven't bought from Allwaethers but have visited their Billericay site - big shop and good tent display. Looked very professional and the people we spoke to there seemed to know their stuff.

World of Camping screwed up one of my orders, told me they had something in stock and turned out they had miscalculated, I got it from somewhere else as I needed it urgently but as an apology they sent me a top of the range dual fuel lantern with £90... Sign of a good company when they deal correctly with problems, I would reccomend them, Val there is excellent.

Same here. They were very helpful in their shop even though we stressed we would not be buying anything at the moment.
