After trying to contact Outwell about my faulty Nebraska without success I contacted my retailer, The Camping and Kite Centre in Raglan, who followed it up for me.
They managed to get a reponse, which I've attached below, and they have agreed to replace the leaking Nebraska next year.
I've had excellent service from The Camping and kite Centre and can't recommend them highly enough.
If you are looking for a trustworthy reliable retailer then I don't think you could do much better than these guys, great prices too, well worth checking out!!!

In response to your issues with your Nebraska XL we have had a few more back than we would have expected so as there is no more stock left now I would suggest that you speak to Richard about exchanging your tent when the new 2007 stock arrives
