Chairs Chairs Comfy Chairs can anyone give me any suggestions on the best chairs to buy i have those folding ones that go into a bag, but they tent to hurt your legs after a while. Have any one else had that problem???
That sounds great - where did you get it from? we managed to break TWO chairs in france last year. Must be all that cheese, not to mention the wine! The chairs were like the ones crazycamper has so we're on the lookout for something as well. Claire
i've seen the blow up couch? not to sure it would work, don't think i could get up and down off the thing, my knees couldn't cope. Or my back. Getting old now.
Hi we had 3 of these chairs last year all brand new and they had all burst by the end of the 2 weeks. Our friend bought the fold down old fashioned chairs with the material that cost about a fiver each and his were like new by the end of the holiday.
iam so glad there just isnt me who had the same problem 2years ago all our friends used to laugh when i could hardly walk the next day, anyway the only chair i have found what doesnt hurt the back of your legs is a directors chair i got from forcus i think it cost about £14.99 it also has a table on one side and a magazine rack on the other on the hole i have tried the cheap ones and they didnt seem as comfortable hope this helps
I still use the old fashioned steel framed chairs that fold flat, they are much more comfortable and robust than the modern chairs that fold into a bag. They are easier to pack too, they lie flat in the car boot then everything else goes on top of them.

The couch is double height so a real ease to get out of. Link below to the one we got
Have got a couple of throws to put over couch. We cant wait sitting there watching the world go by outside our tent with a glass of wine or two on a lovely warm summers eve.
We have Dukdalf 'Blues' chairs, not the smallest or cheapest but certainly comfortable, and ours have lasted for years:
Outdoor furniture
Lightweight, flat-folding and comfortable adjustable armchair. Three year guarantee, top quality materials, UV and waterproof. Made in Holland. Quantity discounts available.
I've sat in one of those moon chairs in our local camp shop and i must admit they are very comfy. But a little pricey. The directors chairs look the best, they don't seem to cut into the back of your legs, plus you have the added bonus of a side table.
We used to use the old style aluminium framed chairs with high backs, but found the front of the frame almost stops the blood supply to your feet I use a wooden framed canvas directors chair now which is sooooo comfy. However, hubby insists on taking his lounger with big thick padded cushion - takes up loads of room in the trailer
