You can buy rolls of velcro, which is sticky on the back.
I did this on my Skydome, which has the same issue (and triangular windows); after a while it comes off with condensation, but mine lasted near a season, so that was OK.
One of the people I camp with uses magnets - and it works! (I was sceptical)
They just sandwich, at the corners the flysheet and thin material over the windows. Obviously it all comes apart if the outer is removed. His don't slip down, as they rest on the edge where the window plastic is sewn to the flysheet.
Finally, you could use some sealant to fasten at the top another piece of nylon sheet - but you would need to look at a way of tying it back.
