yep, ca'nt fault their service.
i bought one of those camp kitchen stands with the canvas shelves underneath, and found the velcro strap that is supposed to hold up the zipped flap was missing, not their fault obviously but they exchanged the whole thing, after checking the replacement one was ok.
also got my money back on an outwell l.e.d. torch that stopped working as were out of stock
dont know if they have got their tent displays up yet, but they usually have quite a large selection of outwells and cabanons
