Hi everyone

Thanks so much for all your advice. I have found it really helpful and would certainly recommend this site to anyone interested in camping. We purchased a Kirkwood 600 from outdoor action - not arrived yet so waiting in anticipation!
Will post any pics whenever we get any.

Hi, no there were no instructions in the bag, but not a problem I just printed a copy off from the Vango web site (watch the pitching video too).

Hi I am a new camper and thinking of buying the killington 900. Any feedback would be appreciated.Last year we went in our old 3 man tent-all four of us. It rained but we still had a great time.

well Liddenham as soon as I buy one I will let you know what its like. Thats if I can fit it in my back garden to try it out!

Not much to report on the new Kirkwood/Killington yet as we haven't had the opportunity to pitch it.  Service and quality of what we see so far is great.  The bag is huge and the items well packed.  We have watched the pitching video on the vango website and it looks reasonable!

You can be sure that as soon as we unpack the tent and get it pitched we will put some photos in the gallery and give an honest report!

Busy finalising what other kit we need to get!

Ditto - we haven't had time to pitch yet. The bag is enormous and very heavy and we have the 600! My friends tell me it's enormous so i would think if there is 4 of you the 600 is adequate.You can buy an extra porch as well. Also it measures approx 7.5m x 8.5m so need a large pitch.
