Hi,

Looking at purchasing a tent, wondered if anyone here had made use of www.outdooraction.co.uk.

Any horror stories, or nothing but goodness?

I recently ordered a tent from Outdoor Action Ltd, and e-mailed them with queries before making a purchase. E-mails were answered promptly, and the tent arrived very quickly. I haven't had had any complaints, so have no comments on that side of their customer service, but I would certainly use them again.

Ordered our Kirkwood 900 off them a couple of weeks ago - top class service, great price and fast delivery.  No problems in recommending them.

Great company, you also get a tracking number with all orders, so you can track your parcel properly which is really usefull

Bought vang kirkwood also.........great service. Delivered in 2 days had no instructions but they were emailed very promptly.
