I tried mine out on the School field, but it does help that I am a governor. I am sure if you ask nicely they will let you.

hi thanks for the suggestions i thought about the park but oh doesnt seem over keen on that idea but hasnt said why and our school doesnt have a field unfortunatly we are in west lancs i think we will prob just go camping for a couple of nights and just allow extra time and patience first time out

Holly, sometimes if you phone a local campsite and explain your problem, they might let you use a corner of their camp just to test it out. Worth a try.

Hi we went to the local industial estate,there are quite a few crofts there,and not many scally kids,so you are left in peace to get tent up,nothing worse than trying to get tent up ,with all the street kids jumping all over it,

Holly, have any of your friends or family got a bigger garden, it will save the embarresment of putting it up in a public place, also you may get mistaken for being a gypo.
