Hi
Last year we took the caravan to Newquay and found the ground rocky when I pegged out the awning.I was using the pegs which looked like 9'' nails with a green plastic bit on the end for pulling them out.As the ground was rocky the awning never looked right and I broke the plastic bits on some pegs when taking them out.
Anyway the vans gone,we've got the Hartwell XL and up to now we've only pegged out in soft ground which was fine. This year were going to Polmanter in Cornwall and the tent needs to be pegged out properly.Any advice on what pegs to use if its rocky. Johnny P
