HI there I have got the same problem. So I practiced putting it up on my own is quite easy just remember once you have fed all the poles through peg down some corners. So when you pop it up it has some thing to push against it took me 45 mins not bad considering the instructions say 40 mins with two people.

Hi we have the same tent and it is a fantastic tent, the next best thing was the Vango Diablo 600 Footprint Groundsheet bought from http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-1428744-10475506?url=http://www.outdoormegastore.co.uk/acatalog/Vango_Tent_Accessories.html:-£24.99.

The main thing about having the footprint is you roll it out on the floor that then shows you the position your bedrooms and corner poles should be when erected. You must keep all the zips closed until you have fully erected and pegged out if you don't you will find that the bedrooms will be difficult to zip closed (we know from experience )the footprint keeps the tent clean also.I think you will have problems trying to erect yourself especially if there is any breeze blowing.Before we went on our first holiday with it we took ours to a nearby field and kept practising,first time i thought we had made a big mistake and nearly ended up throwing tent pegs at each other but the second time it went up like a dream and we couldn't believe what a mess we made of it the first time.Good luck you have bought a great tent
