Hello

Can anyone tell how the ring and pin system for my new tent works?

I can't assemble the porch of my nre tent!

Any advice would be gratefully received.

I think there should be a wee key like thing which pushes up the inside of the pole at each end.

If they don't reach or something doesn't feel right- check you've got the right pin in the right pole (I know it sounds daft) and if the ring is attached to a tension strap - slacken the tension off a little until it pops in and then tension it up.

 

It took us a while to do our Aztec Lago, but got the hang of it but now we use a OR Scienic theres a few more poles and tension straps - need a bit mnore practice!

They are a b****r but get easier the more you erect the tent/awning etc. Good exercise if nothing else.
