When viewing a vehicle always ask to see its last MOT certificate and note down the certificate number and registration number. Its over. At last. I have finally received my refund! After 10 weeks, 30 emails, 20 phone calls I finally got my money back. A full refund, covering the postage too (for those of you who have followed the story).
All i can say is that Paypals levels of service have been absolutely diaboloical. Promise after promise to refund, broken again and again.
That said, the fact that they do have this resolution service means that i did eventually get my money back.
