Hello!! I've just had such an amazing camping weekend and now I've got the bug! Only thing is, I'm single with a dog in tow, so would like to go camping but wondered if there were fellow campers in a similar situation?
I have bought brand new tent and accessories and want to use them in new places with..new friends??

Hiya, you don't say what location you are in, or your preferred location to camp.

If you could give people more of an idea of your set up, location, type of sites you like, etc. then we will be better placed.

Oops, sorry Ratty!
I'm from Cheshire and we went to Aberafon, Caernarfon to a gorgeous site...one side were mountains and the other was the sea, which was so clear and inviting, we just had to swim in it!!
Listening to the waves during a bbq and at bedtime, was a wonderful experience!
On Saturday evening, there is a stone baked pizza van and Sunday morning, a crepe/waffle van, both of which we enjoyed!!

Hi (1w1d) I'm col from East mcr.. I also had an amazing camping adventure north of the Peak District and got the camping bug too lol... also bought a new tent and can't wait to try it out now my foot and knee injury are better..but don't fancy going solo..
I've been looking at trying the peak district or pennines near Manchester if you or anyone else would like to join me.. ☺..
