There is a single campers group on here, worth a look, but TBH it's a bit sporadic and perhaps more geared to tent camping, but no doubt some meeting venues would suit MH's as well.

Many of us on here camp/MH/caravan solo without making arrangements to meet others, some are lone women, so don't feel you can only do it if in a group, but I'm not dismissing that you may feel the need for the social aspect, or security in numbers.
In my travels around the country, certainly solo caravaners/MH's seem to be quite a common sight, so it's far from unusual.
If no joy here, Google 'singles camping groups', there are a number of clubs/groups that may suit, can't say I've any experience of any of them so not exactly any kind of endorsement.

Welcome to UKCS.
Have a look at the thread mentioned by Monty15 as it contains information on how to reach out to the UKCS Solo Campers group.
I was briefly in that group, and they welcome any outfits.
I have not met up with anyone due to various reasons and decided the group was not for me as I largely camp on my own with my dog, and have done so since 2009, and prefer it that way.
Personal preferences and all that, however, I am in the camp of if I don't do anything on my own, then I do not do anything at all.
Good luck!
