Am I too late to book this one?  The ex has just decided he doesn't want the kids on father's day.  Let me know asap. Thanks.

Must admit adsolutely terrified as slipped my disc at Easter.  Any help with tent would help.

Not my business but just to assist you in the absence of anyone else. If you click on the link to register your interest in this meet, Webby will send you a confirmation of 'interest' email in which it asks you to contact the site yourself and book directly with them. There are no concessions at this time it seems...what you pay for the meet is what the site normally charges.

My advice would be to ring the site and ask if there are any places left on the UKCS meet. They will soon tell you. Even if they haven't any spaces left on the rally field, there's nothing to stop you booking a normal pitch if they have one.

Hi Ladybiggles!   Certainly not too late to book and Bob's advise is spot on.  Spoke with site owners last night and am informed that UKCS bookings total 8 pitches with only 6 pitches left before site is full.  We provisionally booked 10 pitches but if we go over the 10 and there are pitches left he will accept  bookings as long as he has pitches available .  Hope to see you there - don't be terrified - I expect to get there before lunch-time so help available if needed!

Hi.
I am booked for next week. It's my first time camping so glad of any advice of what to bring/ not bother bringing. The 3 of us are really looking forward to our first trip - as long as i can fit everything in the car!
Rachel
Hi Pixie 24 - best advice is to make sure you have cooking equip plates cutlery cups etc and surplus of warm things - eg blankets for over and under sleeping bags.  Night time can still get a little chill and better to have extra above and below than suffer cold.  I'm sure your first experience won't be your last - looking forward to meeting you!

For those of you who have booked/are about to book - We're hoping to arrive around lunch-time and will be pitching a Trigano Trailer Tent (green).  First thing, of course - will be to launch the UKCS flag so you can all find my pitch tho hopefully we will be pretty close together.  Feel free to introduce yourselves when you arrive - even if we look stressed and busy (blooming awning!)  especially if you feel you may need help with anything.  Friday evening you are all invited to join us to meet each other and partake of some "light" refreshment  as and when you are ready (if you wish to do so). As with any UKCS meet you are free to choose whether to join in or not - I can promise there will be no pressure.  Looking forward to meeting you all!

Have just spoken to site owner who confirms all pitches have EHU (if required) and we are all pitched together.  Looking forward to meeting you all tomorrow.

Hi all - had hoped to get this on last night but for some reason couldn't get onto internet!  Bloomin Compooters!!

Anyway thanks to all who came to Oxford - what a lovely week-end and didn't it just fly past - Even if we did end up BBQ'ing in the rain.  Reckon that was a first ! lol   I'm so glad you all enjoyed your first UKCS experience and I do hope it won't be the last.  Like I said you will all be made welcome at any of the UKCS meets so please don't be afraid to test the waters   Hope to see you all again soon.
