Hi all
Just found this thread and could well be interested in joining some of your trips, so I'll keep an eye open for anything happening I often have to travel south because, although I belong to a campervan club, nobody in Norfolk seems to want to camp

Cheers
John

Hello karen (aka ssl)

Just seen your posting. I was away this last weekend at West Fleet farm, Dorset. I believe they may have spaces for Bank Holiday...if you're quick. I tend to stay home on Bank Holidays...too busy on the roads and on campsites. I will be looking for somewhere after that though.

Solent View (Hurst View) used to have a reputation as being a bit run down but perhaps it has improved since it changed it's name. If it has, it could be a nice place to stay. Lymington is very nice.

...erm...have you seen the tariff for Hurst View? Need to remortgage the house

Hi all

I have also only just found this part of the site !

I would be up for meeting up for a weekend, as long as I'm allowed to bring my dog ??

I'm going to Church Farm Camp Site near Salisbury this weekend, but not sure where to go for the August Bank Holiday. If anyone fancies meeting up then ??

Cheers

Chris

Church Farm is a nice site...friendly (if noisy) pub in the village too. The shop and butchers close early on the Saturday so make sure you stock up by midday.

It may be a little late trying to book August Bank Holiday but I wish you luck. I usually stay safely indoors on bank holidays.

At the moment I am out of commission having had an operation on my eye but hope to get back on the road soon.
