Hi Chrissie , my name is Janice and I have 2 sons 15 and 16 who are sometimes keen to come camping and other times not if busy with friends etc .I still want to go if they are busy or away at their dads and much as I love my mates some of them arn't into camping as much as I am. Not sure how this all works , but am keen to start coming along to meets and hopefully start to help out . How do I 'join' or get my name on the list??    We also have a dog , and tend to use a caravan with kids in a tent at side but have a tent if needed , would that 'fit in'?

Oops Janice, I've just started a new thread rather than replying----serves me right for being on the internet while in bed !

We've a good crowd coming to the Lakes, if you're keen on coming along please email me at chrissie at SingleWithKids.co.uk and I'll send you further info.  We've our annual Single Parent Camp Fest this coming weekend too at Shell Island - with 350 single parents and children it's going to be a great laugh. It'd be lovely if you could join us!
