this one UKCS has links for solo campers but your welcome at any rally/run no-one singles out (excuse the pun) one from another, everyones there to have fun.

im a single guy and wouldnt feel i need to go to singles rallies only

Have a look at www.SingleWithKids.co.uk, there are all kinds of events from camping through to Mediterranean holidays and Teen Fest weekends. Members come from all over the country.
