Well that's when I can get the blasted thing on the road! The guy who's doing it for me is taking his time about it, and tbh I'm getting very p****d off with it all. I've had to have the centre stand welded, new battery, new front fairing, carrier and top box put on. I went down to try it out the other day, it won't run on tick-over (needs the revs setting up a bit), the electric start won't work till I've kicked the b****y thing first (what's the point having an electric start if I have to kick it?!) and when it does start it sounds like a bag of spanners. I've had a new front wheel and tyre put on it, which this guy and his mates say will cure the very bad wobble it has but personally I don't think it will, I think the headstock bearings need sorting out (my previous one had that problem till my ex sorted it out) but until it's actually running for me to try it I can't tell. My previous one was nicked and burnt out (b*****ds!!) and as my work takes me all over Bolton I really need the transport - I know cycling will keep me fit but I'm getting knackered!! lol
