I would love to meet up, I can travel I dont mind driving, trouble is I am not free until October onwards ? unless you want to sqeeze something end of june, beginning of july. otherwise I can catch up with you all another time.

I book my camping way in advance, as it is so busy now adays, you cant get a pitch, I go away every month, I am with camping and caravan club and caravan club, not sure if you still go camping in a tent at that time of year, I know I didnt

Hi Helen,

I'll not be able to meet up other than 7th - 14th July (I'm already booked into Kendal, if you (/anyone else) fancy coming along??). I could probably cope with early October (Can't be much worse than April...?)

My dog is the complete opposite -- never says a thing (other than a polite little woof here and there if he needs to attend to some business :)

Richard.

Hi

Not sure if I can make Kendal but will let you know.

Your so lucky to have a 'normal' dog, love my 2 to pieces but they are typical terriers !! and hard work sometimes but then thats the joy of having a dog.

Hi Helen,

If you could make it up to Kendal that would be very nice! :) I was just planning to drive around and stretch my legs a bit (nothing drastic!) What do you like to do?

Mine is very low maintenance, generally, but doesn't like to be left alone too long. I can't let him off the lead , either, as he doesn't come back!! :-/

Richard.

you sound like you need to practice your recall skills.... my dogs love running free, I like to go to sites that are near open spaces and dog friendly beaches, they have a blast and get tired quicker

I did try (with a whistle), but he wasn't having any of it it. I think he was a working dog before we got him, so as soon as he gets a whiff of something he's off! :-/ !!!

Sounds like my boy ; he's a Saluki / Greyhound /Deerhound  , and is very laid back . Great company .

Had a Terrier in the past , never again  loved him to bits , but I love the chilled out Lurchers and Greyhounds
