  as briefly discussed in the pub last nite before the alcohol and dancing kicked in.....we need to get our act together and sort something for Easter which is only about 6 weeks away.  off the top of my head I am struggling to think of where we can go to accomodate all of us so any suggestions would be gratefully received but I think we need a change from Riverside.  Also would need to be accessible by train for a few of us on public transport.  a pub nearby would be ideal as well.

 i sort of remember a post it with suggestions written on ???

Do we have dates agreed for the Easter meet yet?  Also is there likely to be reduction in the number of EHUs required? 

If Easter is as popular as the Halloween meet we are looking at 21 pitches with about 15 EHUs?   EHUs required in this number could the limiting factor particularly at Easter. 

I have sent an enquiry to the C&CC to ask if they hold information centrally on the number of EHUs available for tents at each site.   

In terms of a specific site, is the C&CC site at Clitheroe any good?   It's close to a station and the town.

The C&CC have just replied as follows:

'The Club do have information on the number of grass with electric pitches on each of our UK Club Sites however, this information is not held in one place more so on each individual site’s itinerary.

I can confirm that there are 18 Grass with electric pitch at Clitheroe however these are subject to availability. '

Having checked the information on the club's own website the figure of 18 EHUs does not appear anywhere in the Clitheroe listing so this is unpublished information.
