Hello fellow campers

I'm a single mum with 3 small children who love camping and would love to meet others for camping trips!! Be nice to share the bottle of wine instead of having to drink it all by myself

I'm looking to go back to Waxham Sands mid August as kids loved the beach there!! People very friendly on site too even got help putting tent up from my fellow neighbours 

But I agree with you nicer to have company in the evening as once kids in bed gets a bit lonely  so maybe take extra wine this time

Lucky you having a boat in Norfolk, I assume it's on the Broads?

I've been been holidaying in Norfolk (California area) since 1982, first in a chalet then camping since 1997, the last three years solo. I have friends in Clippesby who used to have a boat, when my son was younger they would take us out on it and we spent many happy hours messing about on the water. They sold it on eventually but I tracked it down a couple of years ago, thinking to buy it if it happened to be for sale, but found it had been destroyed in a fire at a Potter Heigham boatyard. I can't really afford one now but I love the broads and hope one day to realise my dream of having one of my own.

Coincidentally, I'll be camping at California from the last day of this month to Sept. 9th so if you happen to be around any time then we could maybe meet somewhere for a coffee and a chat.

Anglesey is one of my favourite places, I love it and camp there several times a year.

I would normally be in my van with the drive-away awning on the side when I go to Norfolk but some thieving toe-rags broke into my garage not long ago and stole it. I won't be able to get another one like that before next week so I'll more than likely be using my tent.

I travel down to Norfolk via A1/A17/A47 and reverse coming home, one of my regular stopping places is the Cheerio Cafe on the A17 just south of Cranwell airfield.

There's no pm facility on here but email addresses can be passed on by contacting admin.
