As a single parent just back from weekend camping alone with my son n sharing the campsite with a large group, id love to find / form a such like group of campers in this area! Campings cheap- why spend a fortune getting there too? Im after a group of usually lone campers with kids who'd like to camp together! Book a few pitches n maybe hire in a bouncy castle for the kids, n generally enjoy the camp together. Let me know if anyone is interested x
------------- Dont encourage me to drink the wine!
Hi,
I'm a newbie to caravanning and a single parent and would be interested in meeting up with other single parents. I have 2 weeks off at the end of august and need to try out my caravan.
As it will be my first outing I don't want to travel too far but the east coast or north Lincolnshire should be do-able (I live near wakefield near m62/A1).
Hope to hear back from you
Me too, been bitten by the happy campers bug and would love to hook up with other solo's with kids. As much as it lovely to see families out having a good time, it's tricky making friends!
I'm in Lincoln, looking at doing a coastal field trip to Sutton-on-sea or the like.
Hi, I'm a single camper - touring caravan. I'm quite happy with the hitch, tow n pitch bit but would like to meet others who want to chew the cud over a glass of wine or gossip over coffee... I often take my 12 yr old with me but am not after loud bouncy castle karaoke type sites!,
I'm based near Canterbury and am hoping to find mets around the South East for weekends away.
Hi,
I'm also a single parent with 3 kids, yes people call me crazy camping with 3 small children but we all love it!! I'm in bedfordshire but tend to camp in norfolk, kids enjoy the beaches but evenings can get a bit lonely be nice to share that bottle of wine or 2 ;0))
I think you ought to be Sue1 as you were here first!
How old are your kids? I have. 2 girls. -18 and 12. The eldest is off to uni so it'll just be me and the youngest. I'm going to Fairlfield Woods in Hastings at the end of Sept, just for a weekend.
