I am attending the above festival near Kirriemuir, Angus from 22nd to 24th July. Glen Clova Hotel owns the camping field and it costs £45 for the 3 day festival and two nights camping. I am taking my Citroen Berlingo campervan. I intend doing some walking in this beautiful area and attending some of the music events although not all my style. Good to see any interested UK Campsite members.

I have just come back from there last Friday, stayed for a week in one of the lodges ... had to cope with the peacefulness, hot tub and sauna

The hotel serves some very good meals too ... just a shame I missed the Ale Festival` but some fantastic walking and scenery along the Glen.

Thoroughly enjoyed the week-end and amazingly I enjoyed 90% of the music. Plenty of toilets and lovely hot showers. Glen Clova Hotel handy for meals if wanted but plenty of food on sale on site. Good selection of ales and most of all terrific views especially when I hiked up to Loch Brandy and further up to the summit of the snub at 870m. The view from my camper van was stunning. A must book for 2017.
