Hi all, I have a Swift Royale 610 with a carver cascade 2 plus water heater, I have 2 buttons, "on" and "off" and then 3 lights, "power on" "low battery" and "alarm"
Each time I try to power it on, the flame ignites with a strong flame and heat coming from burnerbox perfectly, for about 30 seconds, and then shuts off and I have the "alarm" red light on.
I've checked water flow, I've checked air in system, I've checked gas can flow in this temperature and it has previously worked.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so, how did you do it?
Ps. I have read the manuals and I can't find anything at all!
Any ideas welcome and thankyou in advance!

Are you using propane gas. Butane will probably stop working at low temperatures like we've had recently.
