Can anyone tell me if a repair centre other than the dealer (who is closing at the end of this month) can effect a damp repair without further authorisation from Coachman?

Have you contacted coachman to ask if they can help or if not phone a few repair centres see if they would carry out the work .
Our dealer in south wales was very good but the dealer we now use in Shropshire won’t do any warranty work unless you bought the van from them .

Yes, Coachman have replied and it seems we have to begin the process again, I e get all the service documents to Nene Court for them to submit them to Coachman... oh well, so long as it gets done eventually. At least we can use the caravan in the meantime.
