Hi..I an in New Zealand & I have a Purpleline EM103 fitted to my 2004 Crystal Moorea 530EB.
When turning on the isolation switch for the movers, the lights flash on the control box then go out. I have changed the battery in the remote & double press the power button on the remote. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

You may have changed the battery in the remote handset but the mover also needs power to rotate the rollers which comes solely from the leisure battery. I would suggest that you check the leisure battery voltage with a voltmeter as the flashing lights probably suggests there isn't sufficient power received at the control box for it to function.

As you haven't replied to the last post, it would be appreciated if you could just confirm whether the problem with the mover control box has now been rectified and sorted.
