hi there
we had the same problem as you and it turned out to be the flow control valve under the seat by the water heater or it could just need adjusting for when the amps in your battery start to drop, hope this help

Make sure the microswitch is pushed home fully, if not it will not switch properly. Can you hear it clicking when you turn the tap??

if you have changed all the micro switches one could be faulty and stuck in the on position,or you may not have put the top back correctly and its pressing the switch.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.

any one of the micro switches could be seized in the on position making the pump run, each tap has its own micro switch.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
