Have you got the top over the gas rings open,as there is a valve connected which switches the oven gas off if it is closed.

It needs to be fully raised! If there’s a Fairy Liquid etc bottle behind, it won’t raise enough to allow gas to light.
Other possibility is an air lock in the gas line. Can you smell gas from hob burners when turned on?

Sounds like it turns on then Alyson but doesn't ignite? Is there an auto ignite on that oven, can you light the burner with a match of barbeque lighter?

It sounds to me like the actual gas regulator to the oven isn't working Neil. It may be time to call in the professionals if you want the oven to work.
I doubt that there is yet another isolation valve that is shut off.
It won't be an airlock as the gas is blown along the pipes under pressure so any air in them would be blown out by the gas after a short while.
If you have a regulator now I would think that all gas appliances are configured to work on low pressure.
