We have emailed them a few times and I wrote a letter and sent it recorded delivery and so far have been completely ignored. They did originally agree to send a chq for £200 but it never turned up. They live in Wales so a long way away. Don't think I can do anything else, I can't make them give our money back unfortunately. We have just forked out £500 on a new battery, tyres and other bits too!
