is there a light fitting near where you think the water is coming in? we were baffled and tearing our hair out trying to figure out where water was coming into ours, and hubby eventually got a hose and made me sit in the van while he soaked the van with a hose, the water was actually coming in through a light on the outside of the van and it was running along a cable and soaking inside the walls,we unscrewed the light and there was a big hole with no sealant behind it and it was something we hadnt even considered as the culprit,we had resealed the door ,windows ,awning rails etc etc and still everytime it rained water was coming in,our new phylosopthy if it has a screw of any kind check and reseal good luck

Thanks for that Wynnie, what we have got near the door is an outside battery light, so you have given me food for thought. If our caravan neighbours are at the site this weekend we will definitely give the hose a try. As you know its very frustrating, we were about to reseal the door until I covered the door (almost) but the water STILL got in and not having done the job before I dont want to do it if I dont need to!

Hoping for another dry weekend and enlightenment :))

well good luck with that,it was just an idea but one we hadnt thought of and one we wouldnt have ever considered had i not seen it with my own eyes, another wee trick we used was to put kitchen roll in all the nooks and crannies and when we put the water over the van we were able to see even a teardrops worth of water as the kitchen towel sucks up the evidence!!!,we were able to establish we hadnt sealed some places and able to check that when we had sealed that it remained dry, this was evident on the kitchen roll,,just a thought, hope it remains good at the weekend so you can try and find the route in for the water keep us posted and good luck hope its not as bad as you think
