I can appreciate that it is frustrating to have to pay £200 to replace a £20 battery, but these things are hidden for a reason. If it became common knowledge where the tracker or tracker battery was located, there would be little point in having one, as a thief would simply be able to disable it easily.
I doubt whether they are located in the same place on every caravan, for the very same reason.
