We gave up with the dealer tried to get Wheel locks and the microwave issue resolved. I could have pursued it but don't have the time or the energy to pursue it! But thank you!

Our built in microwave went bang and started giving off smoke. As it was screwed in we couldn't get it out quickly. Luckily it stopped burning but I will never have one built in again

Don't know about Lunar, but Swifts have a similar panel than has no obvious screw fixings. This is because they use a pair of magnetic catches instead, so try levering gently up at one end...
