Follow the positive battery lead until you come to a relay, it will probably be quite close to the battery and after the inline fuse. If you follow both the + battery lead and the cable from the 7/13 pin plug, where they meet will be the relay.

I had a similar problem last October woke up to the fridge alarm going off then realised the lights didnt work, then no display on the heating, we packed up and came home I traced it to the charging unit, and by all accounts its a come fault

That is odd. Are you sure that is the habitation relay? They normally look something like this;





There is nothing which resembles your picture in the van its a 2016/17 bought 2020. Itvwas fine 2weeks ago. All very odd
