Follow the positive battery lead until you come to a relay, it will probably be quite close to the battery and after the inline fuse. If you follow both the + battery lead and the cable from the 7/13 pin plug, where they meet will be the relay.

I had a similar problem last October woke up to the fridge alarm going off then realised the lights didnt work, then no display on the heating, we packed up and came home I traced it to the charging unit, and by all accounts its a come fault

What do you mean by swap out, we have found the relay but it is soldered?
It shouldn't be. Have you had the van from new? The relay should either be in a holder with the wires connected to it or have the wires connected to the relay with spade connectors. Could you post a picture by any chance?

That is odd. Are you sure that is the habitation relay? They normally look something like this;
There is nothing which resembles your picture in the van its a 2016/17 bought 2020. Itvwas fine 2weeks ago. All very odd
