Mine, Stuarts and you eventually admitted that your post is not true, so we all agree even you that the original post is wrong.

Mick is himself a self confessed 'sparky'....  question.....is he just looking for work????

How many members have actually been taken to court on this matter?

A sparky came on stating I have the Facts and then myself and stuart called into question the validity of these Facts, "must do this must do that" and lo it was found that the original post is not the FACTS at all.

I hate it when the Pro's come in saying you got to do this and you have to do that, its like the plumbers sharp intake of breath precedes "ooh thats gonna cost ya"

Whats worse is making out its compulsory, when its not.
