Thanks for the offer poppi but Leisure spares came through. I received the catch today in the post. Ordered it on Tuesday - its the correct colour and fits perfectly. Leisure spares were really helpful and I can recommend them.

I'm staggered at the number off things/parts that people cant get, or dont seem to know where to get them.
And now a modern fridge catch, i can understand if its a part 20 yrs old, manufacturers cant make obsolete parts forever. If i want a fridge catch, i go to our spares dept, (yes i fix caravans) they usually have the part, certainly a modern thetford, dometic or electrolux.
If they haven't a one is ordered and we usually recieve it in a reasonable time,
Have u actually phoned a main dealer, i'd love to know just what parts people are struggling to find.
I might even have a business opportunity getting people their bits.(joke)
