First check there are no pipes in the vicinity. Tape over any joins in the floor and plug any vent holes, you do not want this stuff ending up on your driveway. Support the affected area gently from below, do not push up. Remove carpet.
Mark out affected area. Make sure you go right onto solid floor. Drill 8mm holes at 150 (or 100) mm centres in the top ply. Be careful not to damage the bottom ply. Do not drill too close to any furniture/appliances. Mix the resin in small amounts, it sets quickly. We tilted the van a little and started at the low end, but this may not work for you, ours did not need any extra support from below as it was over chassis members
Using a syringe inject the mix slowly into first hole until you feel back-pressure. Do not overdo it or you will end up with a humpy floor! Wait a few seconds until the pressure subsides, remove syringe and quickly plug hole with 8mm dowel knocked in flush with the floor. (our repair kits came complete with dowels and syringes, we cut the dowels in half to give a flat cut ) Keep a bin and plenty of paper towels handy for cleaning up, it is a messy job. Continue untill you have filled and plugged all the holes.
After a final clean up, cover the area with polythene and something like a piece of ply, or some boards, and weigh down with some bricks/ couple of gas bottles/similar. Wait at least 24 hours, longer in cold weather, for it all to harden. Remove the weights and supports and sand off any protruding dowels. Replace carpet.
Ours was an area about 45x160 cm, we used just under 2 tins of mix at £30 each, and it took 4 hours to prepare and inject the area.
