Lost again

I have one of the Zodi hot tap showers and use it all the time.

(I never use the campsite facilities)

The bulk propane kit fits UK propane bottles but it does not use a regulator.

(the hose screws directly into the gas bottle)

They do deliver to UK but delivery is approx $80 and then you get stung for about £40 import duty too.

Expensive - yes, but still cheaper and easier than fitting hot water to a caravan.

All in all, I still think they are excellent value for money.

We too have a zodi shower. We also have the "Stove Top" version as well which is used on the outside cooker. I have to agree with you, they are great, if a little expensive to import personally.

Pity they're not available in UK.

I had at one time considered importing them myself to resell, but they don't have CE recognition so it was a non starter.

The Coleman Hot Water on Demand is also a pretty amazing little gizmo, but like the Zodi, I don't think you can get it in the UK. I could see how an entertpising DIYer could plumb one of these into his hot water system.

When we had motorhomes, we had a combi-type water heater.  This was gas operated and wall mounted.  It would not be suitable for fitting in a bunk.  It would deliver constant hot water until the on board tank was drained; some 15 gallons.
