can anyone please supply me with the homoglonation number for a trophy agarian chassis number 861435 ,its for a spanish friend who has bought one and needs this number to import it legaly into spain.TA

Try homologation, although its more used in conjunction to race cars never knew caravans had it too.

Homologation in the car world normally means that sufficient numbers of that particular type of car have been produced..  This is to stop 'one-offs' being produced and raced against 'normal' production cars. Plus a bit more of course!

 homoglonation number ,as far as i am aware you can only get this from the manufacturer. this number is also required if you want to take a van to france permanently, and it was made in england. expect the charge to be about £150 for the paperwork for any request.

no the spelling is homologation as in:
"The word actually is "homologate" which means to sanction officially." apparently

thanks for help  with the phone number might be usefull i will phone it monday.the manufacturer has gone to wall so no chance their???i was just hoping someone might have it in their paperwork or already exported one and had the number.it is only the number iam looking for.As the person who has bought the van works in the ITV (mot) station so he can get a registered technical engineer to give him a certificate with an official looking stamp on.Remember this is spain and paperwork rules ,just need the number thats all so if anyone bought one new and still has the original paperwork please look on it for me ...
