use a hot air gun or hair dryer to warm up the tape and peel off then use tar and glue remover ,available from halfords or your local bodyshop paint supplier, to remove the leftover glue and then polish up using "T" cut or a paint restorer compound (fracla g3) to restore the colour. this should save you painting the van
